How do I clean my shoes? Step 1: Remove laces & insoles. Laces may get tangled and memory foam insoles will ruin in the wash. Step 2: Use liquid detergent. Use a tiny amount of liquid detergent because powdered detergent can cause irritation. Step 3: Wash on delicate/light. Set the washer on delicate using only cold water to help prevent shrinking. Step 4: Air dry. Do not machine dry. Air dry them outside or indoors, but keep them out of direct sunlight.
